Incident Summary:

09/20/2007: A policeman was killed, two other policemen injured, and two security guards injured when a remote controlled bomb detonated near the Austrian-funded Pethem Tourism Centre in Mingora, Pakistan. The target of the bombing was unclear although the explosion occurred near a police checkpoint. No one claimed responsibility for the attack but authorities blamed militants opposed to the government.
