Incident Summary:

9/20/2007: Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha - Goit (JTMM-G) activists kidnapped five people in Rautahat District, Nepal. The five were: Ramlochan Sah, Nagendra Prasad Patel, Shankar Sah, Shambu Prasad Patel and Ganesh Sah. The five were rescued by police on the same day. JTMM-G did not claim credit for the attack, but they were identified by the families of the abducted as the attackers. The motive behind the abductions is unknown.
