10/01/2007: Two Indian civilians were killed and 21 others, including 19 civilians and two Indian paramilitaries, were wounded when an improvised explosive device (IED) planted by an unknown number of United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) perpetrators detonated in the evening at a police checkpoint in Tinsukia, Assam State, India.
