Incident Summary:

10/4/2007: Around fifteen members of the El-Ansar katibat, a faction of Al-Qa ida in the Lands of the Islamic Maghreb (AQLIM), fired three homemade mortar shells at buildings and units belonging to the Judicial Police Mobile Brigade (BMPJ) in Dellys, Algeria. Two policemen were slightly wounded and the BMPJ office building sustained significant damage.
