10/12/2007: One Iraqi civilian female was killed and 16 others were wounded when an improvised explosive device (IED) concealed inside a bag of flour and planted by an unknown number of unknown perpetrators inside a pushcart containing sweets and children’s toys detonated in the early morning at a market in a predominantly-Shi’i neighborhood in Tuz Khurmatu, Salah ad Din (Governorate), Iraq.
