Incident Summary:

10/22/2007: Janeth Coral (a Colombian civilian and sister of Puerto Asis mayoral candidate Jorge Coral) was killed, Rosario Cabrales (a Colombian civilian and Coral supporter) was mortally wounded, and seven more Colombian civilians were wounded when an unknown number of Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) perpetrators threw a hand grenade into an office of Coral’s campaign headquarters in the morning in Puerto Asis, Putumayo Province, Colombia.
