11/22/2007: One person was killed and seven were hurt when a bomb exploded in a shopping mall in the city of Kidapawan in the Philippines’ Cotabato Province. Two suspects were arrested shortly after, but their affiliation was not reported. However, authorities believe the Alcubar group could have been responsible.
