Incident Summary:

12/12/2007: A senior Lebanese army general was killed when a remote detonated bomb destroyed the car he was driving in as he drove to work in Yarze, Lebanon. The general's body guard was also killed and six others were wounded in the bombing. Suspects were reportedly detained. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Unit 121 of Hezbollah.
