Incident Summary:

12/13/2007: A bomb planted in a train compartment on its way from Dibrugarh to Delhi, India, exploded killing five people and injuring five others. There is, however, no official toll on the number of casualties. Dilip Beg, a top leader of the Adivasi National Liberation Army (ANLA) claimed responsibility for the attack to reporters by telephone from an undisclosed location, asking for more rights and recognition for the community in the state.
