12/24/2007: An explosive devise was detonated inside the building of the Bolivian Labor Federation (COB) in La Paz, Bolivia. There was damage to the building, but no one was injured. At this time, Bolivia had many of its regions proclaiming autonomy, including Beni, Pando, Tarija, Santa Cruz and Cochabamba.
