Incident Summary:

01/16/2008: Unknown perpetrators detonated a bomb on a bus in Pyinbonegyi, Myanmar. The attack killed only the driver of the bus, Lwin Soe age 35, and injured none. The bus was parked with only Soe inside the bus while the passengers were eating inside a cafe. There is reason to believe that ethnic Karen rebels were the perpetrators for having done similar attacks during that recent time period.
