Incident Summary:

2/4/2008: Bombs exploded in five separate places, including Zero Mile and the district education office, the day before a Nepali Congress rally in Jaleswar, Mahottari, Nepal. The district leader of Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha - Jwala Singh (JTMM-J) claimed responsibility for the explosions, stating that the explosions were meant to target Nepali Congress members. There was no report of injury, damage, or casualties.
