02/15/2008: Suspected Islamist insurgents fired mortar rounds at the Mogadishu seaport, which injured 2 civilians and caused property damage to the seaport and proximate areas. At the time of this attack, a ship carrying supplies for African Union (AU) peacekeepers and Somali police was docked, which authorities believe was the intended target of this attack.
