Incident Summary:

02/19/2008: In Kandahar, a car bomb killed one and injured four civilians when it was detonated in the middle of an area frequented often by civilians. This was the third suicide attack in three days in the area. Authorities state that the attack was a suicide bombing in a taxi and speculate that the perpetrators were attempting to target a police vehicle. They attributed responsibility to the Taliban.
