Incident Summary:

02/22/2008: At approximately 8:00 a.m. local time, a booby-trapped car with damage such as bullet holes and bloodstained seats was being towed by police when the car exploded in Tikrit. Two police officers were killed and 4 police officers were injured. No one has claimed responsibility for this attack.
