Incident Summary:

02/25/2008: A car bomb was detonated in the Karada district of southeast Baghdad, which killed four civilians and injured 9 civilians, all of whom were Shiites on their way to Karbala to celebrate Arbaeen. This attack was the third in a series of attacks towards Shiites while they were observing this religious holiday. No group claimed responsibility for this attack.
