Incident Summary:

02/28/2008: In South Ossetia, Russia, a bomb hidden inside a television set at a polling station detonated and killed 2 civilians and injured 15 civilians. This incident occurred a couple days prior to the presidential election in Russia and authorities believe the intended target was South Ossetia's "alternative premier" Dmitry Sanakoyev. No group claimed responsibility for this attack.
