Incident Summary:

03/09/2008: Dr. Khalid Nasir al-Miyahi, Basra’s only neurologist, was found bullet-riddled only a day after he was kidnapped in Iraq’s major southern city. On Sunday night he had received a phone call from someone asking him to return to his clinic for an urgent medical situation. He was then kidnapped militants and killed shortly after.
