Incident Summary:

03/11/2008: Suspected separatist militants shot and killed two Muslim officials in separate attacks in Thailand's Pattani province. A 47 year old deputy village chief was gunned down in a drive-by shooting while riding a motorcycle by insurgents. In nearby Narathiwat, militants ambushed a pick-up truck and shot dead a 51-year old deputy village chief.
