Incident Summary:

03/26/2008: In Thandiadi in Batticaloa district, Sri Lanka, two Special Task Force officers were killed by a claymore mine blast while escorting a Japanese national. Five others, two of whom are also STF officers, were injured in the blast that Sri Lanka police are blaming on the Tamil Tigers. The Japanese national was uninjured.
