03/27/2008: Four suspected Islamic militants broke into the offices of Radio Zafar, tied up two security guards and then set the station's equipment on fire with generator fuel in Paghman district, Afghanistan. The owner estimated the total damages to be at $30,000. Islamic militants are suspected because they oppose the airing of critical stories, playing music or employing women.
