Incident Summary:

4/9/2008: Ten perpetrators, believed to be affiliated with the Islamic insurgency in Algeria, attacked Chinese workers in Souk El Had, Algeria. One member of the Algerian municipal guard was killed defending the workers. Additionally, one of the assailants was wounded in the incident.
