Incident Summary:

04/13/2008: On Sunday, Cauca, Colombia, assailants detonated bombs in three energy towers of an energy infrastructure, damaging the facility. The attack left about 60,000 people without power in the towns of Toroto, Inza and Silvia. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed that the Jacobo Arenas Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC)) was responsible.
