Incident Summary:

4/21/2008: On Monday, at approximately 0800, three improvised explosive devices planted in three cars targeted employees of the Cabinet office. The first one was in Dora, Baghdad, Iraq, and the targeted employee was driving his BMW when it exploded and he was injured. There was no claim of responsibility for the incident.
