Incident Summary:

4/26/2008: On Saturday, at 1040, a homemade bomb exploded on the bridge crossing the Aktash River in Khasavyurtovsky District, Dagestan, Russia. A policeman guarding the bridge noticed a suspicious wire, picked it up, and triggered the explosion. The officer was seriously wounded. No group claimed responsibility for the bombing.
