04/28/2008: On Monday afternoon around 1415, assailants detonated a roadside improvised explosive device near a pickup truck in the central Nahdha neighborhood in the Ar Rusafa district of Baghdad, Iraq, killing one government employee, wounding three or four others, and damaging the vehicle. No group claimed responsibility.
