04/28/2008: On Monday, in Pattani, Yala, Thailand, assailants fired upon and killed a Buddhist civilian and injured another when they sprayed his truck with bullets. They then set the truck on fire, burning the dead man's body beyond recognition. No group claimed responsibility, although police suspected Muslim separatists were responsible.
