Incident Summary:

05/04/2008: On Sunday, at 2200, a time bomb with a digital timer kept in a steel box was placed in a garbage bin and then detonated close to the residence of Narathiwat deputy governor Thanon Wetkornkanon in Muang, Narathiwat, Thailand. The blast killed twelve civilians that were at a fair at the Krom Luang Narathiwat Rajanagarindra public park near the house. No group claimed responsibility for the bombing.
