Incident Summary:

05/08/2008: On Thursday, a United Nations World Food Program truck driver was shot and killed in Galkayo, Mudug, Somalia. According to witnesses, the convoy was stopped by insurgents at an illegal checkpoint, were the men there demanded money. One driver was shot, however the food was not looted from the trucks. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
