05/10/2008: On Saturday afternoon at approximately 13:35, a bomb planted by unknown militants exploded at the judicial magistrate's court in Hubli, Karnataka, India. The explosion damaged furniture and shattered glass panes, however it resulted in no casualties as it was a government holiday and no one was present at the judicial magistrate's court. No claim of responsibility was made for the incident.

Criteria 1
