05/17/2008: On Saturday, a remote controlled bicycle bomb detonated in the southern province of Kandahar, Afghanistan. The bomb blast killed a child and wounded two police officers and two civilians as a police vehicle was passing by. No property damage was reported and no claim of responsibility was made for the incident.
