05/26/2008: On Monday, at 2300, three assailants left an IED on a yard in Medford, Oregon, United States. The letters "KKK" and a cross were also burned into the grass. No casualties were reported. David Moss and Devin Klauseger were arrested and charged in connection with the attack.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
