Incident Summary:

05/29/2008: On Thursday, a bomb believed to have been set off by a mobile phone exploded outside Edwin Andrews Air Force air base while people were waiting to board a military transport plane in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga, Philippines. Three civilians were killed and 19 were wounded. Among the wounded were four aid workers and two staff members of the city's congresswoman. The Moro Islamic Liberation Front is allegedly responsible for the attack.
