06/21/2008: On Saturday afternoon at 1300, in Baghdad, Iraq, assailants detonated an improvised explosive device hidden in the vehicle of Ammar Aziz Mohammed, the office manager of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in the Al Tobchi neighborhood, wounding three and damaging the vehicle. There was no motive reported and no group claimed responsibility.
