Incident Summary:

07/06/2008: On Sunday, a Moro Islamic Liberation Front - Special Operations Group member, Arman Mano, attempted to place a bomb at a transport terminal in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines. The bomb was attached to a Nokia 3315 cell phone. The attack was allegedly in response to either extortion demands or the delay in peace talks between the government and the militant group.
