07/10/2008: On Thursday at an undisclosed time in Garowe, Puntland, Somalia, an explosive device exploded killing nine people, and injuring an unknown amount of other people. There were no claims made by a specific group, but it was reported that the bombing was a revenge attack in response to the killing of a prominent Somali clan leader in another nearby town.
