Incident Summary:

07/21/2008: On Monday, in the border village of Lowara Mandi, in North Waziristan, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan, assailants fired on two Afghan citizens, killing them both. A note left on the bodies indicated that the men were accused of being spies for the United States. No damage was reported and no group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible.
