08/05/2008: On Tuesday evening, an unspecified improvised explosive device was found in a car at the intersection of Ulyanovskaya and Galaktionovskaya Streets in Samara. The device contained nuts and bolts and was placed under the front right seat but had no power source. The car owner is a 26-year-old man, arrested on July 31 on suspicion of theft. No group claimed responsibility.
