08/14/2008: On Thursday afternoon at 1345, Nureddin Aliliaya was arrested after the improvised explosive device he was transporting exploded prematurely, injuring Aliliaya, at a public market in M'lang town, North Cotabato province, Philippines. Aliliaya later confessed to being a member of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
