09/01/2008: On Monday, People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) militants attacked the residence of a Chief Minister in Imphal, with a lethod bomb that exploded inside the residence compound. PREPAK claimed responsibility for the attack saying that it was a warning to the Chief Minister to rectify his misdeeds. No casualties were reported.
