09/21/2008: On Sunday, at 2030, assailants set fire to 16 house and three government buildings, including a day care center and a Zone of Peace and Development building, seriously damaging the 19 facilities but causing no casualties in Dugengen village in Mamasapano, Maguindando, Philippines. No group claimed responsibility, although Abdul Basit Othman and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front are suspected.
