Incident Summary:

10/02/2008: On Thursday morning at 0745, a suicide bomber detonated his explosive belt as worshippers were leaving the Rasoul mosque in Baghdad's eastern New Baghdad district, Iraq. Twelve people died and 25 were injured. Damage was done to several nearby buildings and civilian cars. No group claimed responsibility for this attack.
