Incident Summary:

11/22/2008: On Saturday, two drivers of the Manipur irrigation and flood control department, identified as Yumlembam Inaobi and Maibam Chaoba Singh, were abducted and killed by unidentified militants in the Lamlai area of Imphal East district in the state of Manipur. Their bodies were later found inside a vehicle. No group claimed responsibility for the kidnapping.
