11/27/2008: On Thursday, in the Dawasa district of Mosul, Ninawa, Iraq, a suicide bomber prematurely detonated the improvised explosive device he was wearing near the provincial government building and police patrol, wounding between four and six civilians and damaging several nearby buildings. No group claimed responsibility.
