12/24/2008: On Wednesday, suspected Lord's Resistance Army fighters attacked a civilian vehicle, traveling along the Sudan/DRC border, between the Laforo and Mambe roads southwest of Sekuru, Central Equatoria, Sudan. Five civilians were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
