Incident Summary:
12/28/2008: On Sunday, a gas pipeline was blown up in Pir Koh of Sui tehsil, Dera Bugti, Balochistan, Pakistan. Unidentified men planted the bomb near the 16-inch pipeline, destroying a portion of the pipeline. Gas supplying from Prikoh wells to Sui plant was suspended as a result of the explosion. No casualties were reported and no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

Success is not judged in terms of the larger goals of the perpetrators. For example, a bomb that exploded in a building would be counted as a success even if it did not, for example, succeed in bringing the building down or inducing government repression.
