12/29/2008: On Monday, in Tall 'Afar, Ninawa, Iraq, a suicide bomber detonated an improvised explosive device (IED), attached to an explosive belt, in a marketplace, killing one civilian, wounding three others, and damaging one market. There was no motive reported and no group claimed responsibility.
