Incident Summary:

01/10/2009: On Saturday, suspected Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) rebels planted four explosives constructed from mortars to a National Transmission Corporation tower in Kauswagan town, Lanao del Norte province, 810 kilometers south of Manila. Three of the explosive charges detonated, disrupting power to several towns. No casualties were reported.
