Incident Summary:

01/24/2009: On Saturday, Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) militants shot and killed two people of Punjabi origin, Mohammad Farooq and Shahzad Ahmed, on Sariab Road in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. The BLA claimed responsibility for the attack via the Daily Times. The attack was in response to the BLA attempting to rid Balochistan of all Punjabi citizens.
