03/14/2009: On Saturday, near Albania, Caqueta, Colombia, on the Albania-Curillo road, assailants barricaded a road, stopped two passenger buses, forced the passengers off and set fire to the buses, causing considerable damage to the buses but no injuries. No group claimed responsibility, although authorities suspected the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) was responsible.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
